Join us for an evening Mini Pilates, Food and Massage Retreat this May 26th at 5pm. We will start the evening with a beginner Pilates class aimed at strengthening and stretching your entire body.
We will then join Chef Thomas Miller for some healthy culinary delights that are sure to have your tastebuds humming. I got a peak at his menu, and I didn't even know you could do stuff like that with the ingredients he's using. Think healthy AND tasty!
After the meal, we will all take our turn getting completely relaxed by massage therapist Joe Marchie. Each person will get a 20 minute massage, I'm melting just thinking about it! If you have any tight or sore muscles that need tending to, he's the man for the job!
You are free to bring your swimsuit and a towel, the hot tub will be on and bubbling throughout the evening. Please feel free to hang and enjoy a glass of wine, mingle and soak after your rub!
